Thanks to Trip Advisor, I was lucky to choose the Puncak. My visit was superb in every way. Luxurious rooms, beautiful infinity pools with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, and friendly, professional, attentive service. I am a single female traveller and never once felt overlooked. Jean Paul and Nuri made me feel right at home. Their goal is to make all of their guests as comfortable and as happy as they can possibly be. As there were no restaurants right nearby, it is a tremendous boost to be staying in this place, which has an excellent kitchen and diversified menu. If you want something off the menu, all you must do is ask. The last night I was there, I requested two classic Indonesian dishes. Nuri’s rendition was beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. I hope to go back before very long.
