How do I pay the rental?
We used to work with PAYPAL for the deposit payments at the moment of reservation in order to settle your booking. Balance payment during check out by cash (we accept different currencies).
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellation 30 days before check in: 50 % charge of your full booked stay will be applied;
- Cancellation 7 days before check in or no show-up: full charge of stay will be applied.
When is high season?
So far you will never have in Lombok that hustle bustle comparing with many other touristic places. Period of high season is from 1 July to 30 September and from 20 December to 10 January.
Is the sea far from The Puncak ?
The beach is at about 5 minutes driving, you just need to drive down the Hill top where we are situated .
Are there restaurants and supermarkets near The Puncak ?
The Puncak is a hidden place, very quiet but in the same time not far from activity. At about 10 minutes driving you will find plenty of different Restaurants ( beach restaurants – international and local restaurants ) as well as a supermarket ( central Senggigi) – Spa centers – Money changers – ATM – etc …
What kind of transport can we use from The Puncak ?
The most practice is the use of Taxi (Blue bird). Just a call by our staff and 10 minutes later the taxi will be waiting for you in our lobby. You can also easily hire a motorbike directly from our place on daily base or renting a car with driver.
Can we use credit cards to pay for rentals?
Mostly yes, it is depending from the company – Many still like to use cash payment.
Is there a bus service available?
Between the International Airport of Lombok in Praya ( BIL ) and Senggigi there is a shuttle with daily bus services (Damri).
Do appliances work the same as for instance in Europe?
Yes, we are using European standards.
Is it possible to add a cradle or a bed in the rooms?
No. We have designed rooms studied for a maximum of comfort. We allow a maximum 2 persons per room.
Is it possible to book with our children?
Our place is not fitted for children (0-12) as we are small, cozy and situated in an extreme location – We are having also a commitment of tranquility, intimacy and privacy towards our valued guests.
Is there a government tax and service fee?
Our room rates are published 21% taxes and service fee included.
Do we need to give a tip to maid or staff?
Services are included in our prices. However it is never forbidden to consider a complementary tip to point your appreciation to a member of our staff. We used to collect a general tip from our guests by check out and distribute the amount to all members of our staff as some are not in direct contact with the guests.
Is there an airport or harbor pick up service?
Yes. The BIL Airport is situated at about 70 minutes driving from Senggigi. Charges will apply for Airport as well as for Harbor pick up. Our pick up will happen with private car and driver stand by when you arrive in Airport or Harbor, no wasting time and no stress with many proposals of transport you will receive by all kind of people. The airport taxi is another option.
Is there WIFI ?
Yes. A minimum fee for your full stay will apply as we are situated in an extreme location.
